About Jay Andrada
DEVELOPING AN APPRECIATION FOR COACHING
In the early 2000s, Jay started his career in the corporate world as a Voice and Accent trainer for IBM-Daksh Philippines. A few years later, he joined DSM Manila to serve as a Learning and Development trainer.
Aside from course development, both companies exposed Jay to classroom training, and individual and group coaching. These experiences would later be key to his transition into the online coaching space.
SERVICE-FIRST APPROACH TO SALES
On October 2013, Jay responded to an online job offer from My Online Business Empire as a remote coach. His three main tasks were:

- Value-First Approach: Through weekly group coaching calls, Jay familiarized the company’s new clients with the ins and outs of solo ads. He ensured that every group coaching he hosted was uniquely tailored to his participants’ needs (based on the previous group call feedback). This made them feel they were receiving great value for their time with him.
- Sell for Results: To fast-start a new client’s business, Jay helped some of them by enrolling them in the company’s traffic coop. This gave them quick results, leading to higher satisfaction.
- Upgrade Skills: This was Jay’s introduction to remote appointment setting. Coaching package upgrades helped the new client progress further with their business. Jay set them up with higher-level coaches to enhance the new client’s skill sets.
By 2015, Jay was contracted by Digital Altitude as a Level 1 coach for their new clients.
JAY SERVES AS A REMOTE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
In 2016, Jay began serving individual clients as a remote business development consultant. He helped his clients get their businesses started. Traffic sourcing and acquisition were his main tasks.
Since 2017, Jay had exclusively served Allen Stalnaker as his remote business development consultant.
6-MONTH FORAY INTO REMOTE APPOINTMENT SETTING
On December 2019, Allen briefly joined the sales team of Smart Choice Realty & Mortgage Finance. He got Jay to work with the company’s top sales agent as her appointment setter.
SERVING THE ONLINE EDUCATION NICHE
Today, Jay sees the growth potential of the Online Education niche. With a unique understanding of the value of online education, Jay is committed to supporting a company’s process of selling high-value programs.
How?
First, in 2023 as an appointment setter.
Next. By the 4th. quarter of 2023, Jay intends to upgrade his skill set from Appointment Setter to Remote Closer. This will be done through his investing in Cole Gordon’s higher-level Remote Closing Academy Coaching Program.
